the words written in the margin
June 26, 2004
“Lord my trust is in you.
I am delighting in you…
My cup runneth over with gratitude
Grateful for a family that prays together.
My prayer is for you to grant me the desire of my heart
to become a mother
You know what is best
I’ll wait on You. Amen”
written out next to
Psalm 37: 3-4
“Trust in the Lord and do good. (which just happens to be the rascals memory verse this week…GOD’s Sovereignty amazes me!)
Then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.”
and He has
I praise His name
I am an earthly mother
of two, I adore
to God be the Glory!
as I reread those verses this morning
my steadfast prayer continues
“Lord I desire to trust you more.
Trust you more each day.
Trust YOU as my children trust ME
Help me to trust you WHOLEHEARTEDLY with my
thoughts & fears
finances & health
day by day
minute by minute
Really trust you.
You are my delight
You have given me the desire of my heart
I commit my life and everything in it
to you, Father
Believing YOU are my help. Amen”
“I love the Lord because He hears and answers my prayers. Because He bends down and listens
I will pray as long as I have breath.” Psalm 116: 1&2

Words I needed to hear today! Thanks!
Thank you Valorie~ Have a blessed day!
Karmen,
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! I love how you date the entries you write in your Bible. At that time we were both praying very hard for God to allow us to be mothers. Fast forward almost nine years later and God has blessed us both with two beautiful, wonderful little boys! I love reading your blog entries – they do my heart good! PLEASE keep writing!
Thank you Mandi for your sweet words of encouragement. Rejoicing with you for God’s faithfulness. For hearing and answering our prayers in His perfect timing.
